I just wanted to say thank you to Jeremy at S2CarbonWorks. His products have been extremly nice, and the customer service has been top notch. I had a question Monday night while installing the coolant tank and called him and left a message. Before I could put my phone down he was calling back and was able to answer my question right away. I have ordered quite a few parts from vendors here and so far he is one of the the only ones who gets the items I ordered to me when he says he will. Other vendors haven't got that quite figured out yet.
I had an issue with my car about 6 weeks ago and it was at the shop undriveable. When I spoke with a different vendor I told him I really wanted to get the part by the end of the week so I could get my car home before the snow storm hit us. He told me no problem. The part didn't even ship until the end of the week, so my car got to stay at the dealer for over two weeks. Jeremy hasn't played that game. He tells you if he has the part and exactly when he's shipping it. Here are some pics (sorry for the cell phone pics) of the products I've purchased from him.
