I test fit mine yesterday on the right-side (where the CD-Changer was previously located). I am using it to mount my amplifier. I didn't want to mount it on the left side because you would have to remove the trunk light, or cut your own hole to mount the trunk light. It allows you to remove the existing carpet panel. Quality is excellent.
