Scraped/holes plastic scrape shield under car. Replace or leave alone?

So I happened to look underneath the front end of my NSX, and noticed there are 2 holes where it looks like the PO must have scraped something and the plastic split. The carbon fiber looks ok (just a couple minor scrapes), but the plastic piece (that appears to go the length of the car) seems to have had better days (see pics). I was thinking of either having it replaced during my next oil change (depending on cost), or just leaving it alone since nobody sees it anyway. Thoughts?

I would leave it alone until I really wiped it out.

You could always get some black GORILLA tape (like duct tape) and cover them.

That was kind of my thought too. Doesn't seem worth the expense atm. Thank you

I’m sure mine is beat to s)&t … that said I plan on leaving it for a long time let it acquire as much abuse as possible before I replace it …

Just an FYI in case anyone needs to replace the underbody shield, I was at the dealership yesterday and they quoted $365 plus tax.

Yes I checked on pricing as well. The part is only around $130 to $150 (discounted), but shipping is really expensive as it is such a big part
