Sequential Shifter?

This would come in very handy if they manage to pull it off right. I wonder how they would get it into reverse?

Ther is a little lever beside it that you have to pull or push thats when It engages to reverse. I saw this at the auto show in japan. You would still have to press in your clutch to engage it...but i guess you wouldnt miss shift at all.

A little bulky...and is not low to the consule when installed.

I think this would destroy the feel of the NSX shifter which is one of the best parts of the car to me. And as I've never had a problem shifting up or down in the NSX gearbox it sounds like an expensive solution, that might or might not work, to a non-existent problem.
