Setting up Bendpak LR-60P in SoCal

Is there some outfit that will do this for me? It is unpacked in my garage now, but setting it up safely requires special tools and special knowledge.

I'd try contacting user Anytime since he's a Bendpak dealer. I'm sure he'd know some who could install it.
