I remember in the previous years, the track days are only open to participants who has signed up for the entire NSXPO program. I see that this year you have the option of signing up only for the track event for $100 extra? AM I reading this correctly?

Last year's NSXPO provided the option to attend the track only.

Yes.

As Andy pointed out, last year's registration form included the option to sign up for the track event without the social activities. For NSXPO 2001, this was not offered at the time that the initial registration form was mailed, but was made available later.
