Sony HeadUnit

Hi NSXers!
I am installing a Sony WX-4500X head unit, replacing my original Alpine/Bose head unit and a kenwood subwoofer with a built-in amplifier.

My question is, should I bypass all the original amplifiers and connect my new head unit direct to the door speakers?

Btw, where is the original amplifier for the subwoofer situated?

I would totally do away with the stock stereo system. If you use the OEM amps you are bound to run into problems later on down the road.
