I have been checking on some Acura and Honda dealer for this spare tire anchor bolt, but not available. Need some source who has this anchor bolt. Thank you.

Must be a zillion of them around from folks that dropped their spare for a ducted hood, but how much of your time are you going to spend looking for a $10 part? Sig doesn't have year, but I'd suggest:
