Steering wheel vibration

I have a vibration in my steering wheel pretty much all of the time. It's usually worse between 30 and 80. It was like that when I bought the car 8 years ago (it's a '91 with around 120k with Tein coilovers). Since I bought it, I've put new tires, brakes and even new rims to no avail. I've even put rims from other people's cars and it still happens. It doesn't appear that the car has ever been in an accident, but one guy suggested that I may have a bent hub. I think it's coming from the front left. Any suggestions on things that I should start replacing in order to narrow it down? Thanks.

have you any local nsx owners that can let you swap front wheels/tires for a test drive?

1) Do you see your hands vibrating? or just feel it?
2) Does it also happen on a super smooth [ newly paved ] road?

I would think you would see rotor wobbling [ at the pads] if hub were bent -

How about when applying the brakes? Vibration the same, worse, better?
Same question when in a turn?

Any play in wheel when tire is off the ground [wheel bearings]?

could be a simple balance or bent wheel issue. I had a balance issue, just took some wheel weights to fix. I only had the vibration at 65 and 130 mph.
