Hello OP here. Lots of interest and I'll reply to each this morning in order received.
A few questions to cover:
re: the tires: yes they have decent tread left on them and look good. However, they've been in indoor storage for over a decade.
re: shipping: yes, shipping is a possibility. However, already have 3-4 locals interested so that seems more likely.

So far this morning I've learned that im an idiot and apparently could have asked for more $$$! However....it is what it is.

I've had two people so far offer to pay more to jump the queue. That's flattering and very tempting however, I've already given my word so to speak.

Here's the plan:
#1 local guy gets first dibs. If he can't pick them within a day or doesn't want to pay full price then we'll see who's next (+quickest) available.
