Yup, its a "show up with a full tank of gas and drive" event
We meet at SuperCar Specialists early in the morning... eat bagels and donuts, talk cars, take pictures, and roll out about 9AM
Expect a very large collection of some really nice, really fast cars
past runs have included:
Veyron, Enzo, Aventador, Murci, Gallardo, McLaren, Ferrari, AMG/Benz, Porsche, Viper, Vette, Spyker, Aston Martin, Lotus, Maserati, and of course NSXs
(edited per Unaji: the pair of crazy motorcycle cameramen with GoPro on their helmets :smile:
If you have a GoPro, mount it up

Ugh... I'm working that day... but if there is any vacation time available, I might try to get it!

Check the tires, battery, gas er up, dial in that tune, etc
This happens to be the same day as Cars and Coffee at Scottsdale/DoubleTree Ranch rd
I will be stopping at C & C about 7:00AM to hang for an hour or so
then head up to SuperCar Specialists for the run
Please reach out to the owners on the "should go list" and encourage their attendance
If you have never done this run, its a great time, drive at your pace, or lead the pack.. your choice

Good call Chase; I may do the same. And true about deciding beforehand where to set your pace. I've found that people generally are very respectful and level headed on these drives. More so than on similar drives I've done with other car communities. Will be a great time, I look forward to seeing everyone.

Urrggh, I remember the days not that long ago where the army did everything it could to ruin my life's plans... So glad I'm not a reservist anymore... I feel for ya, Joe.
I was also unable to get the time off work, I'll not be showing up, either... if only it were the following weekend...
Aim for 8:30-9:00 (the SS FB page says we roll at 9:30AM)
Some of us are going early up to Cars and Coffee, then rolling to SS
Rescheduled due to weather. Darn.
