Sweet type of smell after Nitrous usage.....

Hello- sometimes or usually I get a sweet type of smell, not really smelling like coolant, maybe a little, after I use Nitrous...
is this normal for anyone?? I'm pretty sure my coolant system is ok, just had it pressure tested...thanks

This is normal. Obviously more pronounced with the shot
