There's a few options out there and they kinda depend on just how worn the bolster is:
1) get the OEM piece
2) upholstery shop
3) "ghetto fabulous" engineering
The first solution works well but may stretch the other pieces of leather to which the bolster is attached, and may actually rip those pieces. In addition, if you have an ivory interior, you're SOL, b/c Acura doesn't make them anymore (according to my dealer). The second option works very well too depending on the shop. They really can do "magic" with leather and dye. The third option works great depending on the wear on the bolster.
I've had this happen too and have decided just to get the seats re-leathered once I get some racing seats put in. I kinda ran out of my "ghetto engineering" methods.
