I have done a search but can't find this info. What parts do I have to have on hand to do a timing belt and water pump replacement? I have a '97 if it matters. Thanks for any info or a link to the info.
Any time you're replacing the timing belt and water pump, I strongly recommend also replacing the crankshaft pulley (harmonic balancer pulley) and all of the cooling system hoses at the same time. These parts could fail over an extended time and/or mileage, and replacing them is good preventive maintenance.
