Toshiba DLP replacement lamp: TB25-LMP

I purchased an extra bulb/lamp from Toshiba, to prevent any down-time in-case mine ever failed. I recently sold the big-screen Toshiba DLP TV, so I have no use for the extra bulb/lamp.
It is brand-new/unused/sealed-in-the-box. It came w/ manufacturer instructions, letter from Toshiba stating warranty/etc', and a packing slip w/ a pre-paid shipping-label to return your defective/failed bulb/lamp back to Toshiba. The bulb/lamp comes w/ an 180-day warranty through the manufacturer.
A replacement bulb/lamp costs $168 from a non-Toshiba vendor (http://lamps-dlp.com/ProductDetail.asp?PartNumber=23311083&A=G&B=TB25.) & $140+ not including S/H on ebay.com. There's no way of knowing if you're actually getting an authentic/genuine OEM Toshiba part.
