For the center console complete, since the majority of people only want the main portion that includes the cutouts for the radio/HVAC, etc to the armrest - is it possible you can sell me just the upper piece where the vents/clock are? Mine is screwed up and I need a replacement.

Only looking to buy the upper section where the vents/clock would be.

I don't agree with your assertion that most people only want the main console, however the main console does not include the center ac vent. It is always sold separately.

Center ac vent is $135+shipping.
