Vegas-SoCal GTG + Dali Driving event May 4-6

It looks like we will have 7 Southern Calif club members plus Mark Johnson looking for rooms. I like to think we will get more as we get closer to May.

I did some checking on rates. The Silverton Hotel, next to I-15, is $109 without the group rate. I only checked near I-15. The other one went up $20 to $40 more. What happened to the price of rooms?

Paul is checking with his hotel group to see what he can get.

I might be able to do better if I get higher numbers staying at the same place (don't know unless I ask, though I wouldn't count on it).

Bring the Legend!!!!! There is a National Acura Legend Meet that weekend. I posted an invite on their thread and hopefully we can help each other make this a memorable weekend for all. Shit, bring Jason's car. Seriously, I know what you are going through. My car was down for 7 years and I saw many NSXPOs and a large JGTC gathering come and go, so I know how you are feeling. Perhaps we can light a fire under Shane and Mark to fast track your car. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to cruise with me. Please consider coming...

I think we should leave as early as possible. The roads will be a mess Friday afternoon due to the big fight in Vegas that weekend IMO.
