Very expensive weatherstrip preservative!

I am sure it is made of Krytox (PFPE-Oil) from Dupont.
I know there is nothing better than this stuff for this purpose.

PFPE Oils are extremely expensive,- something around 250 USD/kg.

Krytox has worked really well in my experience on my other vehicles, but my NSX weatherstriping hasn't been taken care of that well from the previous owner so I am in the same boat as allot of others on having to eventually buy new ones. Take some time to take care of those because they are expensive.

so if i were to use a silicon based spray, like from wal mart or the griotts
rubber cleaner and rubber dressing.

can I top it off with 303 aerospace?
