These skirts are in good condition but need to be refinished due to spider web cracks in the paint from flexing when someones foot hit them. They should have been painted with a polyurethane paint so that they would damage when bent. When you refinish these, add flex to your paint or use polyurethane so that this problem doesnt happen again. The metal brackets are what they were installed with. That is all the hardware they come with....not much I know. There is also a bit of a gap between the rocker and the skirt when installed. This is normal even on the wings west kits and basically all the others. My car had a rubber strip down that channel to cover up the gap. This rubber strip isnt included because it was thrown away.
