After a few hard test brakes I found the ABS to work but it didn't seem to pulse brake like I would imagine. Then it would sometimes leave this winding noise in the front brake area's? I check the ABS resevoir and it was foamy.. whats that an indication of? Is it moisture and needs to be bled? Is it normal?

Stuck ABS Selonoid, quite common. Do a search there are 100's of posts on fixing it.
