In SF it's very cold in the mornings and evenings even in the summer. San Rafeal doesn't get the morning ocean fog/breeze like SF, does it?

The good news is the Weather at Sears Point (Infineon Raceway) is usually warmer than San Rafael. San Rafael is on the Bay much closer to the fog zone(although Fall is NOT fog season).
