Will I need spacers for this type of wheel

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to purchase the following wheels, I just wanted to find out if I will be needing spacers for my 93 NSX. I am going with the following setup to keep close with the 40 offset (if you scroll down on the web site they show the specs):

17x7 Front 215/40/17
18x8 Rear 265/35/18

Will this setup suffice? Any advice, opinions, and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Just FYI, I've seen wheels with the same offset and size but different spoke patterns still not clear depending on their design.

IE an OZ Superleggera has great Brake Clearance while something with a lip doesn't, even if they are the same size.

Rear wheels seems to small for 265/35/18 tires. Go for 18x9.5 wheels.
