17x7 + 30 would be a good offset for the front.
18x8.5 +38 is way too far in. Definitely don't buy
I think the rear is a misprint and it's actually 18x9.5 +38. Definitely double check. If it is 18x9.5 +38 it's also a good offset.
On another note: I'm not exactly sure what Matt_337 is trying to say
The sizes/offsets he has listed are:
17x8 +35
18X10 +38
I've personally run:
18x8 +38, 18x8 +35, and 18x7.5 +34 in the fronts. The 18x8 +38 is perfect in terms of clearance and flushness with the fender. The 18x8 +35 sticks past the fender just slightly.
Whether or not it will hit the brake caliper is a matter of wheel/spoke design and not so much offset. Wheel companies often make slightly different spoke designs for the same wheel and denote this by it's "Disk" type. You will need a High or Mid Disk to clear BBKs. (Work Wheels and Volk/Rays Wheels do this).
For the rear I've run:
19x10 +30, 19x10 +35, 19x9.5 +23. The only one that sticks out is the 19x9.5 +23 and that's because I had to run a spacer to clear the stupid caliper (otherwise it would be a 19x9.5 +29).
Anyway, hope that answers your question.
