Wiring harness help

Need to buy a harness that connects into this one and connects to my SOS harness. Any ideas on where to buy one? Radio Shack or Best Buy? It's divided up with 16pins on each side. Did not come with one. I guess I could cut the wires I need and connect them directly but not my first choice. Needs to have the large pin connector on one side and bare wire on the other. It will go in between the two on the picture

does the black colored plug go into the back of the radio? cuz thats what it looks like to me.

then the white plug plugs into the car original wiring. those rca plugs go into the back of the radio, and the wires from the black plug harness go to the SOS adapter

so black plug goes to radio, the wires go to the sos adapter, the rca plugs go into the radio and the wires in the center of both plugs go together.
