Well that's 5 minutes of my life wasted. No offense, but I am not a fan of preachy religious groups taking songs and putting their spin on them.

The song is Everything by Lifehouse.

I am not religious AT ALL... but just thought it was a cool vid. If it offends anybody, I'll take it down. But I don't think they were putting a spin on the song, it just fit for what they needed it for...

It is not an offensive video per se but I just never cared for being "preached to" in such a fashion. It is a good song but the religious interpretation is somewhat cloying. And, yes, it fit the purpose of the group doing it and I am just expressing my individual opinion. It definitely has a following on Godtube and Youtube with a considerable number of zealots singing its praises so to each his own.

I LOL when the girl took a bite of the apple and rubbed her tummy. And in the video, why are something like 3/5 demons minorities while both Jesus and the girl are white? I mean, I know Jesus is supposed to be white, but why make 3/5 demons minorities. Implicit message much?

But seriously, these people (evangelicals) scare the crap out of me. I totally respect Christians and their right to their own beliefs, but evangelicals (of any religion) always seem to take it to the next level with implicit threats to your well-being if you don't join them.

I feel really bad for the kids though. Isn't this child-abuse?

First off Bob's YouTube video is a plain innocent christian skit. ABSOLUTELY nothing to be associated with KSXNSX's You Tube video. Bob's Video skit could be found at any Lutheran, Catholic, Methodist, regular non-denominational church etc.

After what Bob has been through in the past few years, it is great that music/religion is still part of his life. When you are at your lowest, positive music/people, and good relationship with God can keep your chin up.

This is a clip from Jesus Camp, one of the scariest movies I have ever seen. What is truly frightening is that it is a documentary and I thought the same thing when I watched it as to whether this could be considered child abuse. The movie does have its "comic moments" in the interview with the "Rev." Ted Haggard which was his last interview before his hypocritical scandal.

Interesting first vid. I see nothing "preachy" or judgemental. It's a religious/faith drama that merely relates to a younger generation. And it's about focusing on faith in the mist of peer pressure, substance abuse, etc - hardly offensive.

I'm happy the kids are exploring their spirituality and have a positive sense of direction.
