WTB: EPS Control Unit

Looking for a 97-03 nsx eps control unit. Mine is failing for eps code #25 . Lower FET is stuck on.

I just purchased a 2001 that has a non working EPS. Also coming up with a #25 error code. Is that a repairable fault in the control unit? Or does the unit need to be replaced?
