It will fit your '91 since it looks like he removed the adapter pipes. If he has the cats off of the '95 you will need to get the adapter pipes. The exhaust itself did not change from '91-'96. HOWEVER, in '95 & '96 the cats were different and adapter pipes were put in from the cats to the exhaust.
In short, if you find '91-'94 cats then this exhaust will bolt right up (assuming you still have the '91 manifolds on the car). If you find '95 or '96 cats you will also need to get the adapter pipes for the exhaust to work.
