KILLINGWORTH, Conn./EWORLDWIRE/Feb 6, 2004 --- Zymol Enterprises, Inc. of Killingworth Connecticut (Zymol), the car care industry benchmark for expensive, superior quality products has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut for relief against Turtle Wax, Inc. of Chicago Illinois (Turtle). The lawsuit cites a current agreement signed between Zymol and Turtle in 1994, licensing Turtle to sell specific Zymol products to specific channels of trade and seeks an accounting of royalties owed.
C. E. Bennett, Zymol CEO and Founder, states "I'm sure Turtle has no problem letting us look at the data they used to prepare their reports to us, but if they do have a problem we are prepared to follow every data path to its logical conclusion."

Lawrence Beilawski, Turtle Wax's Controller was deposed on January 30, 2004 in Chicago Illinois. The deposition which lasted most of the day was not completed and Zymol has requested a date to complete the deposition.
