How to remove Vol/Tuning knobs from bose head unit

Hi,

Does anyone know how to remove the Volume and Tuning knobs from the Bose head unit? I did a search, but the only relevant page is "no longer available".

Ditto. That center part of the knob is a separate piece that will come off with the knob. Just grab and pull.

Thank you for your replies. I thought they probably just pulled off, but I wanted to be sure before I did something stupid... like breaking them! Afterall, this head unit is no cheap radio
