Hi, The intake does actually pass smog test with the sniffer as I personally have had to smog my own NSX a couple times now, equipped with the intake. With that said it will not unfortunately pass a visual as we currently do not have CARB legalization. -Giancarlo

Hi Tino, not a problem completely understand. I am glad though you can enjoy them in some way!! As for the cores metallics are the way to go, they are considerably better then ceramics in almost every aspect. We wouldn't be using them if they weren't!
