Well stated.
Anyone following this thread would have to concede that that's a particularly logical and perfectly legitimate concern. Perhaps the guys at FXMD upon reading this exchange will seriously consider releasing some kind of "teaser" photos or even concept drawings so those that are...
I may get hammered for this, but it needs to be said anyway.
This is likely a major contributing factor to why there's such a limited number of cool aftermarket items for NSXs - here these guys are trying to produce a really unique bumper that many have expressed tremendous excitement...
As I tool around pretty much every site on the entire internet looking for interesting things to add to my NSX "to do" list, I occasionally stumble across some noteworthy "deals" - this was one of them.
Tein S. Tech Springs SET 91-06 Acura NSX NA1
List Price: $310.00
Our Price: $165.85...
Lookin' good. Really good in fact.
Did you use the 3M "Di-Noc" CF vinyl (8mm thick) or the new 3M "1080" CF vinyl (3mm thick)?
After doing some research I decided to purchase the 1080 thinking it would be better for the complex curves of the console - I've got it sittin' here, but I've decided...
Nicely done. I'm not typically a huge fan of two tone interiors, but that actually looks extremely good - compliments the exterior color of your car perfectly. Excellent installation as well.
Bravo old chap
And thanks for the photo intensive installation thread - that will be a huge...
I respectfully submit that you are mistaken and therefore alarming people unnecessarily.
The resonators referenced in that other thread are not the little "bulges" seen in the photos. Nor are they at all necessary from what I understand - all the reviews I've read (I'm seriously...
To reiterate, Mark@Pride (Addicted2Racing here on the board) has said he'll match anyone's price on Seibon carbon fiber products including shipping and is well known for excellent customer service. Had I known he carried Seibon products I wouldn't have been so quick to post the link to the...
What a steal. I hope someone here got it
I hope I'm not violating any rules by doing this (moderator: please forgive me in advance if I am and just delete the thread) but there's a deal on ebay I felt compelled to post here (it's not mine nor do I know the seller).
It's a brand new...
I've been considering one of these myself as I continue to put my "to do" list together. Nice looking piece. I particularly like the fact that it doesn't have the vertical "ribs" in the center section which would make an aftermarket exhaust (like the Pride V2 which is what I've been leaning...
Advans - thanks for the additional pics. Exceptional work. I would submit that, at least according to my taste, your interior (red stitching, alcantra inserts, gauge cluster rings, etc.) is precisely how Honda should have done these cars in the first place. It looks 100% "right" in every...
Hmm.
It was apparently for sale here for $49k back in 08 prior to whatever accident it was involved in:
http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/showthread.php?t=102177&highlight=jh4na21661t000147
For whatever reason, the current seller used the same photos from the previous owners ad here on Prime...
Whoa. This thread got weird in a hurry
Either they're not particularly bright and simply didn't state the current miles correctly (the auction says 39k and the carfax shows 42k+ a couple of years ago) or they're not particularly honest and purposely mistated the mileage thinking it would...
I'd been watching this auction for the last couple of days to see where it ended up, thinking there would be a flurry of activity near the end of the auction. Nope. Nada. Nothing. Zilch.
The carfax shows 1 accident, but it doesn't say how major (or minor) it was. There are literally no photos...

Synth19 - your car and your skills as a photographer never cease to amaze me.
The words "awe inspiring" come to mind.
Big thumbs up on the new wheels. You must have an astounding collection of wheels at this point LOL
Props to WSTO too
Beautiful job. Truly. I would never have thought of doing this, and now it's a "must have" mod.
Now that we've seen the exceptional quality of your work up close, is there any possibility you could give us a wider shot (or two or three) of the completed interior? I wanna see the overall effect...
