I had a similar blowout with a rear Bridgestone S-03. It was caused by a slow leaking puncture that I didn't know about, followed by the sidewalls overheating from friction, finally causing the blowout!

I believe Shad/Driving Ambition are headed down to Fontana for a road race with the Driving Ambition S2K. Mike

Yeah, those look like spacers. I met Jack at a NSX event and he was describing how the custom shop widened his rims... something I never understood or would do.
