Ive been a devote Zaino user since the early 80’s and have seen no reason to change. They have improved over the years as have others. I’m not saying i know they are the best. Just that i’ve been a satisfied user for a very long time and have no reason to change.
I fabricated a bracket for each car. On the Gen 2 I cut a piece of AL threshold I had. Then drilled holes to allign with horn mounting and with the existing threaded inserts on that cross member as seen in pix. Thought of painting it black but then felt the bare extruded AL looked fine.

Once I got the Gen 2 and heard its horn, I knew what I had to do and bought another DSB.

Forgot to include these pix form the Car Show. A spectators' dog "Whitey" chose to take a Ham'Pose next to my new wheels. Not sure if he was liking the car or the wheels or both. Fortunately he restrained form desire to lift a leg. Maybe he did that to the nearby McClaren?! :rolleyes:
Just swapped out the OEM polished Interwoven's with a set of teh (overpriced) "Accessory Wheels". I still like the originals on it, so will retain those for changing things up now and then. Took it to car show the day after the swap and got 1'st place in exotic category. Not bad considering it...
