Trusted NSX mechanic in Raleigh/NC area?

Hello friends, might be a long shot but could anyone point me towards a good shop/guy in a garage near the central NC area (Raleigh-Durham-Cary-Fayetteville) that can do work on a 1st gen NSX? Feel free to pm if you don't want to put out someone's contact info out here. Thanks in advance!

Prospective owner question: Is the NSX too rare/valuable now to drive and enjoy?

About those early coupes, how difficult is the day-to-day manual steering effort around cities and in parking garages if I were to say, install a 350mm steering wheel with lightweight 17x8 front wheels (215/40 tires) and I'm a regular dude with regular-dude arm strength lol. On a 1-10 scale...

I'll absolutely take you up on the offer if I'm still looking for a car by then, thanks! And at the very least the event sounds like a great opportunity to see a lot of NSX's and meet good people. That sound is amazing! From what everyone here is saying, there really seems to be something...

Very much appreciate the feedback everybody, man I should've started posting here sooner! Salient points on cars as investments. It's cool to see that current owners here continue to believe that the NSX should be driven. I would test drive every NSX I could if given the chance, but it's hard...

Prospective owner question: Is the NSX too rare/valuable now to drive and enjoy?

Ah ok good to know I'll look into the window kit if/when I get an NSX thanks for the heads up! Something about how common 911's (and caymans) are dampens the appeal a tiny bit, tho that helps with readily available servicing/parts. Considered a 997.2 or possibly 981 Cayman S also, but IMO...

Prospective owner question: Is the NSX too rare/valuable now to drive and enjoy?

Absolutely will drive before buying. And to be fair I likely have a limited view of the community, since I'm not actually in it and rely on perceptions online or at local car meets. Yeah I don't expect it to be at the cutting edge of modern speed and performance, if I was a "bang-for-buck"...

Prospective owner question: Is the NSX too rare/valuable now to drive and enjoy?

Hi all, Long time lurker here. So like many car enthusiasts of a certain age, I grew up admiring the NSX but only recently have the finances to afford one. Still kicking myself for not picking one up when they were ~$30k. I will likely get a 97-01 model, but wanted to see if the sharp rise in...
