- to be able to create vendor/group-buy thread, an NSXPrime member needs to create NSXPrime wiki vendor page detailed here & then link it to their profile's signature. This wiki vendor page just has contact info'/details.
- to be able to post a vendor/group-buy thread, an NSXPrime member needs to use this default form, w/ as many details they can provide.
