Rear Valence Comparison 2002+ vs. 2001 and earlier

This is a pretty easy DIY if you follow the directions posted on Prime. I installed a FACTORY Honda part and 0 fitment issues. IMO this is the way the car should have come from the factory - it makes a big difference visually out back. A must if you own a low-hanging exhaust or use the Type-R...

    Help choosing a new exhaust.

Another big thumbs up for Will's AP-X Angus exhaust. Look closer at the photo posted above - there is only 1 v-band clamp used to secure the middle section of the 2 Y-Pipes where they merge into an X. The mufflers themselves secure to the X pipe with conventional heavy duty accu-seal muffler...

    Anybody local NA1 with NSX-R gears and/or 4.23 FD?

I have the JDM short gears and 4.23 R&P on my NA car. In my opinion the ratios are much better suited for street driving than the stock USDM counterparts. The car is more fun to drive and feels snappier and more responsive. It is my favorite mod for this car and one well worth doing.

    Will not start

+1 on the main relay. I purchased a new main relay assembly, Mitsuba RZ-0101, Honda part number 39400-SL0-003 for my car several years ago as preventive measure. After a mere 2,300 miles I began experiencing a no start condition that I traced back to my essentially new main relay. Resoldering...

SSR type F or Volk TE37

SSR type F or Volk TE37

The 18x10.0 / 5x114.3 / +40, the exact size pictured on my car in the photo is not listed on the Ray's Engineering website, but it is available. This is the size needed for concave rear fitment. There are other, much more aggressive options like the 10.5" +22 rear but that is not exactly a...

SSR type F or Volk TE37

The Volk TE37SL is available in very NSX friendly sizes. Front: 17X7.5 +40 - 14.5 pounds Rear: 18X10 +40 - 18.9 pounds Weights are lower than the stock 16/17 forged 7 spokes. The fitment on these is evenly flush when viewed from the top on the rear and very close to flush on the fronts. My...

    TE37 Super Lap 18x10.5 +45 Rear Fitment?

The fitment is evenly flush when viewed from the top on the rear and very close to flush on the fronts. I am lowered around 1 inch from stock on Bilstein shocks, lower perch. There is no rubbing at all, front or rear even under tight cornering or lock to lock turning. This is a no mess no...

    TE37 Super Lap 18x10.5 +45 Rear Fitment?

If you want concave rear fitment on these then Rays has another option. See my install thread here. http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php?t=145254. Awesome wheels by the way...the finish is extremely nice on these and they are light! I noticed a difference immediately vs. The stock...
