Where are all the Production deliveries ??

Been a LONG time since I’ve posted. Followed the Gen 2 forum for years. Thanks to everyone for the continuing education. I have previously owned 3 NSXs. Recently attended an Acura driving event and decided to buy a 2019. Visited Napleton’s in Palm Beach and was I reminded of the many...

    NSX competitors - the 570S, 570GT, Turbo S

I was invited to a McLaren track day at Palm Beach International Raceway about a month ago. These events are held at various tracks around the country for qualified buyers to test drive the new 570S. I was very interested in buying the 570, but after 4 quarter mile runs, 4 auto-cross runs and at...

    Nsxpo

Long time, no post. Busy with a business. Count me in for the drive up to Raleigh, although my car will be in tow. I'm heading west after the Expo to tame a Dragon. Planning to stay for a week to tweak my southern twang.

NSXPO in the Carolinas? GREAT! Count me in, but I'm not driving... I'm trailering. ;)

Delivery Date of the New NSX...

I just spoke with a dealer who attended the original, closed door debut of the NSX in Las Vegas last year, along with a few hundred select dealers from around the world. He indicated the new NSX was going to release as a 2014 model and it would arrive in 2013. This was the same guy that...

Center of Gravity on the NSX?

Tried it! Can't back it on. The front spoiler can't handle the same angle as the rear of the car. Also, the rear of the car stands taller than the rock guard. Here's a few pics I took today...

Center of Gravity on the NSX?

Thanks Doug. I'm hoping for at least 10% of the overall weight to be on the tongue. I'll post to this thread after getting it weighed. I ordered this trailer shorter than the standard size so it would fit in my garage. If tongue weight is light, I'm wondering if it is less noticeable on a...

How do you sell an NSX...

A few years ago, Doc told me he would never sell his NSX, so he wasn't concerned about mileage or resale value. That comment stuck in my head. I've often wondered why I'm preserving my car for the next guy! Doc, if you sell, we label you a trader and snub you at the next car gathering.

Center of Gravity on the NSX?

Advanced Trailer Solutions; Lafayette, IN The fenders on the drivers side are removable so the door can open. The rock guard and tool box are also removable in case you you need to overhang a longer car. 6 foot ramps slide out from the rear. LED lighting. Support stands drop down from the rear...

Center of Gravity on the NSX?

There are three built-in points on each side of the car for a jack to lift the car. The middle position is a longer, larger section. It appears to be designed to take the bulk of the car's weight if lifted with one jack, from the side. The location of this lifting point is just forward of the...

Center of Gravity on the NSX?

For tie down purposes, this was the best location of the car on the trailer, but for CG purposes, I've scooted the snoot all the way up against the rock guard. A driver's head would be center of the wheels. I feel like the car needs to move forward another foot or so. Looking for wisdom!

Center of Gravity on the NSX?

Hi all, I've tried several keyword searches to find the Center of Gravity location on the NSX. Can anyone direct me to a thread containing this information. I just had an aluminum flatbed trailer delivered and when I loaded the car, I feel like the CG is too far aft on the trailer. This is a...
