Recently did a lot of new maintenance this past summer:
Engine Bay Cover & Trunk Struts (SoS)
Replaced an O2 Sensor (OEM)
New Spark Plugs (NGK)
Replaced front and rear axle CV boots (OEM)
New VTEC spool gaskets (OEM)
Repaired CCU unit (BrianK) and replaced resistor
Repaired Main Relay
New Fuel Pump (Walbro)
TB/WP done at around 120k miles by Acura Dealership couple years back
New rear tires
Only issues:
-Radio display doesn't show anything, but it works fine
-Bose amplifier starting to 'pop' a little, can be repaired by SoS
-Small dent on passenger door, can be PDR-ed
-Small scuff on corner of rear bumper, not a big issue at all
-Small scuff on one of the door handles, paint on just a bit thin over time
-Passenger window a little slow, regulator on driver's side was replaced couple months back
Engine runs great and completely stock, clutch, brakes, and fluids all well maintained. Interior very clean and doesn't seem old, for ~150k miles, I'd expect the seats to have tears and such, but these are great! Owner's manual and spare tire/tool kit all still available.
Car currently has a set of Bride Stradia II-Low Max CF Kelvar seats in them, but I will be switching them with OEM seats. I'll edit later to add interior/engine bay photos, and photos of the OEM seats as well. If interested, I can include the Bride seats for additional cost.
Selling because I am purchasing a house, and need a greater downpayment, otherwise I would love to keep the car, I hope to get another one down the road too!
