Oh dam that sucks.
Any word on the cause?
IIRC, it was due to an oil fire.
That's what prompted me to get rid of my complicated dry sump too (and a few other reasons), and also do a fixed fire suppression system.
Where is the ignition coming from? oil dripping on exhaust?
I'm not sure. With dry sump and the oil filter and dual coolers, he had a lot of oil hoses running around.
