Issues:

-Dealer recommended to get the oil pan gasket replaced and VTEC seals (~$450)

-Right BOSE amp is a bit flaky / weak

-Rock chips on front bumper and hood

-Radio knob is somewhat loose (it works fine though)

-1 inch scratch on the roof was just touched up.

-1/2 inch crack in the windshield (has been there for several years)

-Trunk and engine cover shocks don't hold the trunk and engine cover
