ASM emissions testing for my 91

I am a fairly new owner here. I was wondering where you guys are going for your state inspections. I have a 91, so it will be subjected to the ASM emission test. I live in Sugar Land but I am willing to go almost anywhere. I know at most places if the ASM testing equipment breaks they are not opting to fix them.
