Black NSX spotted in RI

I spotted a Black NSX today around 630pm on RI-4 heading south in the East Greenwich area of RI. Looked to be stock. Was this anyone from NSXPRIME?
 
PM sent. I think RI may have the least number of NSX's in the US. Any data?
