Upon further research, I don't think it's a "Type-R" specific item. Maybe JDM 02+

Basically it will match USDM tail lights and it has the actual Red "H" emblem.

What’s the part number on the box?

I think your initial claim is correct that it is 02+ Type-R. The regular 02+ was just a chrome “H” with clear filled. The one that is the full square with the “H” with filled in red is the Type R IIRC

I think it is NSX-R but it's also the same as JDM 02+View attachment 155376

I may be TOTALLY wrong, but I really think your post in the thread about “H” badges is correct. If your pictures for the parts in that post are correct, the part # ending in J61 you can see is a red filled in badge, the Type-R. The # ending 023 if you zoom in the red there has the “texture” of the taillight indicating there is no fill in. JDM 02+ had the chrome raised emblem outside of the taillight with no fill in. Pre 02 it was inside the taillight and darker color.

Yeah, this emblem is a solid H, not just the plastic chrome H.
