Here is a link for catalytic converters that are apparently direct bolt on for 1991-1994 NSX's. The price is only $90.60.

I clicked through the "make sure it fits" box on the Amazon listing and it said it would not fit an NSX. This is most likely a universal-type catalytic converter that would need quite a bit of modification by a muffler shop to be made to fit.

For '91-'94 NSXes, DEC makes the ACU1030* upper catalytic converter and the ACU1031* lower catalytic converter, which both are advertised as being a "direct fit". These converters are available for less than $300 each. I personally have never tried them so I can't vouch for them.
