Learn how to rebuild 91-05 OEM Honda/Acura NSX Front Brake Calipers. Contrary to popular belief, it's simple to rebuild brake calipers! A caliper rebuild kit consists of a single seal and dust boot for each piston. Yes, that's it! If your piston is corroded or damaged you may want to replace that too though. I purchased Centric rebuilt kits around $5 per caliper.
When purchasing, remember the OEM NSX calipers are 2 piston calipers so each rebuild kit comes with 2 seals and 2 dust boots, enough for 1 caliper. You need to purchase 1 kit per caliper.
