I recently purchased a 2004 Silverstone CTSC’d NSX from Maxim auto search, it had 7500 miles before the 1000 mile trip home. It was serviced at: PIKES PEAK ACURA. Vin ends with 000096.

I don't know about the car. Hopefully someone else does. One of your best bets might be to call call Pikes Peak Acura and ask for Paul Z-Mud-Ski (phonetic spelling), the NSX tech (who very likely performed all the service, including CTSC install) and ask him what he knows and can share beyond the service records (if you have them).
