Don't crush the Viper

Looks like since some kids stole and crashed two educational vipers in the US, Chrysler issued orders to crush all educational vipers as it caused them dollars in legal crap. Dunno what they can do, can't really issue contracts for students.

What a plain-and-simple stupid idea. If "we" let this happen, our grandkids in 30-40 years from now will want to kill us. You realize how much they're worth???

There are production mule Pontiacs, chevy, and other muscle cars today that should have never been let go from whoever....but they were. Are GM and the others pursuing the current owners--40 years later--wanting them destroyed immediately? NO. They are most likely being sold at some crazy auction for $300K.


If Chrysler allows these cars to be destroyed, it will be making an incredibly foolish move in the context of its history and the fans that wish to learn more in the future.
