Factory stereo works, display doesn't

weird, the radio and controls work fine but the little display no longer works. Any idea if this is something simple (like maybe a fuse or bulb) or something more serious?

Is it something I can fix myself?

have you opened your radio recently? sounds like it could be the ribbon cable that runs to the display has dislodged. happened to me (but i had the radio open to tighten the volume knob)

not yet.... any tips on doing so?


the acura service center said if it's a bulb it's about $300 to send in and replace

woah it just started working tonight.... kickass.... so yeah I'm guessing something loose. May get in there and fix it for good but very good news
