Footwell Courtesy Lights on Passenger Side?

Are there courtesy lights in the passenger footwell?

Drove my 98-T tonight and just noticed that there was no courtesy light on the passenger side. I took a look underneath and didn't find a lamp. Did they come with one or no?

There's no light on that side of the interior, except on the door.
