I have a set of HRE 540 3-piece wheels with absolutely BRAND NEW FEDERAL SUPERSTEEL TIRES. The front wheels are 18" & the 19".

HRE customer service confirmed specs:
Fronts: 18 x 7-1/2 , 31 offset
Rears: 19 x 10 , 43 offset

The tires on the fronts are: 215/35 ZR 18, and the rear tires are 275/30 ZR 19. The wheels are nice but do have some scratches, blemishes, curb rash, etc. These wheels are like $1500 each new & I just bought all new Federal Supersteel 595 tires for them! Nice aggressive set up! Pick up only will not ship.These were mounted on my 1991 Acura NSX.
